What are the items that I can post and sell?

1. Items that you made yourself(individual) from scratch example crochet, knitting,painting,woodworking and etc
2. Modified or adding creative to the items. This include even you modified 1% of the item
3. Assemble or alter

Can I post my service such as training, class and etc?

1. Yes, you can choose category Service
2. You need to provide details of your services

Can I sell or supply goods for handmaker, crafter such as Yarn, Needles, and etc?

1. Yes you can. Choose category Supplier for that

What should you put on your advertisement?

1. Name of your item
2. Reasonable Price
3. Image or picture
4. Delivery such as shipping/COD and etc
5. Description of your item
6. Your contact
7. Stock in hand

Why my item is not listing on the site?

1. It may still on the moderation
2. Are you sure you follow the rules for posting items. you may refer to question no 1.
3. Please check your email if any comment from us
4. You may be banned from us

Why my picture cannot be uploaded?

1. We only allow jpg,jpeg and gif with max 512KB ONLY.

Why my item only listed after one day or two day later?

1. Our office hour is 7.ooam to 24.00pm everyday. But the site available 24/7.
2. We will announce to you if we are OFF.
3. Anyone volunteer to help us running this? send email to ngepen@gmail.com with subject Volunteer. we may consider.

Can I delete the post Item?

1. For time being, we are not recommend to delete the item seem there is no reason to delete your handmade item as you can reproduce it again even though you have no stock in hand.

4. You have unlimited listing to sell in our site
5. Spam will be BAN
6. Duplicate items will be deleted.

FOR BUYER
1. Do not simply trust the seller.
2. Do not simply give cash to seller.
3. Prefer COD for secure
